Revamp Atelier is a non commercial venture but registered as Micro-Entrepreneurs in France.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
From 25 May 2018, in the European Union, we apply the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data (GDPR), that is Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Use of personal data:
The collection of personal data for the services offered by the site (revamp-atelier.fr) as well as their processing are carried out in compliance with the “Computing, Files and Freedoms” law of 6 January 1978 as amended and its implementing decrees.

The main purpose of collecting personal data concerning users of the site (revamp-atelier.fr) is to identify areas for design improvement and update possible services offered on the site.

The data collected (e.g. comments / reviews ) are never transmitted to third parties unless the customer has given their prior consent and this is on condition that the third parties have clearly undertaken to comply with GDPR and all the provisions of the Law of 6 January 1978 as amended.

In accordance with the law, any person who has transmitted personal data has the right to access, rectify / correct and delete data as well as the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning oneself.

At any time, you can ask to exercise this right by correspondence using the email address as listed above or by populating the form fields below.

Select your request:

This is done by utilising a search on the requesting party’s own email address on our websites database to see if there is any associated data stored against it. This will also be used as a means to transfer the users own information to any relevant party of their choice (portability) if required. Finally, after said parties have reviewed the requested information, they have the right to request this information to be deleted. If deletion is requested then this will  be functionally erased from our Db within a reasonable period of time after manual review.

Can a visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide visitors with two mechanisms as above to request a search, for purposes of correction or review, or purposes of deletion, of an account or personally identifiable information from our website’s database.  Again this is done by email or form request for subscription information only (name and email only) for full current Db record removal. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a visitor’s entries without retaining some residual information.  An individual who requests to have personally identifiable information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, we will then not intentionally email that individual in any way moving forward.

How does google maps process my data?
While personal map data is not commercially processed by Revamp Atelier, the third party software vendor (WP Google Maps and Google maps themselves ) may reference your activity.

Please Note:
Reading forward, to avoid confusion WP Googles Maps and Google Maps are one of the same when referring to API calls. This is because WP Google Maps use Googles API to generate their Map tiles. There is a link to googles privacy notice at the base of the map and also within this privacy policy page stating what cookies they use for the maps API calls to be processed by the API provider, this is for the purposes of geocoding (converting addresses to coordinates), reverse geocoding and generating directions. Some visual components of both WP google and Google Maps use 3rd party libraries which are loaded over the network.

At present the libraries are Google Map tiles, Open Street Map, jQuery DataTables and FontAwesome. When loading resources over a network, the 3rd party server will receive your IP address and User Agent string amongst other details.

WP Google and Google Maps use jQuery DataTables to display sortable, searchable tables, such as that seen in the Advanced Marker Listing and on the Map Edit Page.

jQuery DataTables in certain circumstances uses a cookie to save and later recall the 'state' of a given table – that is, the search term, sort column, order and current page.

This data is to help local storage and is retained until this is cleared manually. No libraries used by WP Google Maps transmit this information. Please read here for developer terms and here for Google additional terms. Please also see Google’s General Privacy Policy. and finally here for Cookie Consent to use and agree for the use of Googles Map API. We (Revamp Atelier) do not send the API provider any personally identifying information, or information that could uniquely identify your device. Please read more below to understand what cookies do for you and further controls if you wish to amend them.
